Guarantee Program

At WeBank, we work with you in mind. We understand what drives you: the dream of holding your future baby and building your own family.

That’s why — thanks to the high standards of our laboratory, the expertise of our professional team, and our unwavering commitment to what matters most to you — we are proud to offer our Pregnancy Guarantee Program.

This service ensures that, if pregnancy is not achieved, we will provide your clinic with additional eggs at no extra cost until a viable pregnancy is achieved.

You may choose how many eggs you wish to use for your Pregnancy Guarantee Program, with a minimum of 9 eggs.

If pregnancy is not achieved, we will replace the original number of eggs requested, free of charge, as many times as necessary.

If, after receiving four separate batches, pregnancy is still not achieved, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid for the eggs.

Elegibility for the Pregnancy Guarantee Program.

If pregnancy is not achieved and no eggs or embryos remain, the client may request the next batch to be shipped.

This request must be accompanied by certification from the clinic’s laboratory director confirming the failure of the treatment and the absence of remaining eggs and/or embryos.

WeBank will then ship a new batch at no additional cost.

If four batches have been provided and pregnancy has still not been achieved, the client may request a full refund of the amount paid for the eggs.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The total number of progressively motile sperm is less than 10 million.
  • Sperm DNA fragmentation exceeds 20%.

A certified document issued by the laboratory director must be provided, including the following information:

  • Any relevant findings or incidents that may have contributed to the failure to achieve pregnancy.
  • Karyotype of the male partner or sperm donor.
  • Semen analysis of the male partner or donor.
  • Identification and age of the patient(s).
